The PR campaign not only helped Benemax build market share and grow 35 percent a year, but also helped made customers and prospects aware of the company’s solid experience, innovative plan designs, exemplary customer service, and claims administration capabilities.  

In addition, the PR campaign blunted a barrage of media reports erroneously implicating consumer-directed health plans in increasing employees’ out-of-pocket costs.
